Smarter Than the Average Bear

We spent a long weekend with the entire Stock family at Jellystone Campground. My cousin Curtis came along too and was a welcome addition. We all went there last year, and Jackson remembers how much fun we had. He was soooo excited to go. And Jordan was just as excited. All week long, we heard "are we going to Yogi Bear park today???" We arrived on Thursday and hit the ground running. We hit the pool before we could even get into our cabin.

The new addition to the water park were these huge racing slides. Jackson loved the slides, but boy was it a hike to the top. And Kenny left a piece of him on that slide too. The "twirly" slide was much better. Even Jordan and I slid down this one. Unfortunately, at the end, she swallowed a little water, and Jordan didn't want to do it anymore. But Jackson loved it. He and Reedo rode it over and over again. Here's Kenny, Reed and Jackson giving the "thumbs up" climbing to the top.

The "little" pool was where Jordan spent most of her time. She loved diving in the water and splashing around. She would play and sing and had a great time.
After a full day at the pool, we watched an outdoor movie on Thursday and Friday night. On Saturday night, we watched the karaoke. Here are Jackson and Jordan watching the singers.
My neice Peyton and a few of her friends sang the final song that night and did a great job... or so I hear. Jordan fell asleep, so I took her back to the cabin and missed the finale.

The cousins had so much fun playing together. They are really good friends. I love that they are able to grow up together.

We had good times, good family and good food. Who could ask for anything more?
